Managing Out Crime was set up after its founder, David Avery, left the railway industry, where he was in charge of the services offered here on a regional basis.
He was responsible for all security-related contracts (cash in transit, on train CCTV, security guards and alarms.) More importantly he was in charge of improvement to ensure the integrity and security of passengers, staff and company assets.
A railway station at night can be an intimidating place. By the strategic placement of street furniture, lighting, CCTV and quite small alterations in the positioning and timing of staff presence, the whole ambience can be improved. All of sudden passengers feel secure, while anti-social elements feel exposed. That's just one of Dave's skills. It's subtle but it works, and it's proved very cost-effective.
You don't want a whole CV here, however impressive. Our support staff have the relevant skills, experience and — critically —the ability to pass these on to your organisation.
