In our field there are a number of key skills and competencies. When these are too widely defined, training often comes unstuck.
Conflict Resolution, for example, is in practice a very broad skill. The skills required of a receptionist in this area are quite different from those needed for door staff. And yet most training providers whack Conflict Resolution as a single module into any relevant course. We don't do that.
Our courses contain only the specific elements you need. Yes, we provide modules, but these are fine-tuned to produce an effect of having been specifically tailored to your organisation's needs.
Because of this most of our courses are not - indeed, cannot be - listed here. We don't sell "one size fits all," except for very specific roles (door staff and security officers.)
